Let's Make A Deal

For two years, the HRC Carolinas Dinner Committee has brought to you HRC Diner, a lower cost spoof on the dinner. This event, which features dinner, drag and DJ has typically been offered the Tuesday before the dinner. This year, to launch the theme of the 2009 Human Rights Campaign Carolinas Gala theme, “Imagine”, we are planning this event for Tuesday, August 26. Come join our host, Ms. Roxy C Moorecox as she re-imagines the late 70’s /early 80’s game show, “Let’s Make a Deal”.

For those of you too young to remember the show, check out clips on YouTube. For those of you old enough to remember, dust off those costumes and grab some random stuff from that junk drawer in your kitchen and come prepared to win some fabulous and not-so-fabulous prizes.

Your $25 ticket gets you a meal and non-alcoholic beverages. Cash bar is available.

Doors open at 7:00 with DJ Edward Jones getting us into the groove. Dinner at 8:00 and the show starts at 8:30.
